I've followed all of the instructions to a tee but while my outgoing mail is going ok my incoming mail is not. When I try different changes, apply them and close out, generating a request to synchronize the email folders with gmail, I get a "General authentication failed. None of the authentication methods are supported by your IMAP Server (if any) are supported on this computer." I've turned off the firewall and spam filters too and that didn't work.</p> <p>I need Windows Mail in order to have a PC based storage of my contacts in order to synchronize it with my Blackberry. </p> <p>Help!! </p>
