<description>&#60;p&#62;Well here's the problem.  You can only get the previews if you have the Glass style working.  If it changed to basic style without you doing anything, then there is a program that you're running that is incompatible with Glass and is making it automatically switch to basic style.  Until you figure out what program it is, you're stuck.  Go through your programs you have running in the background and close each one until Glass appears again.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I am not quite sure I follow. As far as I know, in any version of Windows you cannot get thumbnails by hovering over it with the mouse, you have to actively click it.&#60;/p&#62;
