I just forgot to mention that in my post. It also seems that the blockquote with graves do survive a blank line. The only thing that seems to not work is putting graves inside of graves. Thus the image in my post to show them. Other then graves, links and image, I don't think much else format wise even works. I've tried many ways of quoting on the forum over the past months including the blockquote element but they didn't work. In fact, the graves didn't even work until The Geek fixed them a little while ago. The bbPress software has many problems with basic features like formatting (doesn't work well) and email notification (doesn't exist as a feature). Other then that it has worked quite well for the HTG forum thus far. I usually do skip quoting when it's really unneeded. I just posted this for the times it's helpful or needed. Sometimes it really is hard to tell which message a post is in reply too. If it's the first replay on a new page i.e. 21st, 41st, etc, then it would make more sense.
