Why I would need this? For kids in the house who have their own user accounts - they only have that one password to contend with instead of playing around with different passwords and then forgetting which one they have set up. Trying to keep it simple.&#60;/p&#62;

1. Right click on &#34;My Computer&#34; and select Manage.&#60;br /&#62;
2. In the left pane double click &#34;Local Users and Groups&#34;.&#60;br /&#62;
3. Click &#34;Users&#34;.&#60;br /&#62;
4. Double Click a user account.&#60;br /&#62;
5. Check &#34;User cannot change password&#34;.&#60;br /&#62;
6. Click OK and close the &#34;Computer Management&#34; window.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Also, I'm wondering why do you want to disable the ability to change passwords for that user?

I have set up a limited user account with a password.&#60;br /&#62;
Now, the limited user is able to go Control Panel &#38;gt; User account &#38;gt; change password and change the password.&#60;br /&#62;
Is there a way to 'disable' this changing of password by the user?
