You can convert with Format Factory. But less bytes is less quality. Try a few other format`s and see then what you like.

I am using Dazzle DVC90 and Roxio 2010 to capture TV program. The captured AVI file is extremely big (about 20G). How do I reduce file size without sacrifice quality of movie quality? Is there any capturing software that support 1080P capture and have options for various output file type and support Dazzle DVC90?

Many Thanks,

Found an XP restore disc for Dell and used it to restore my Gateway, everything is working perfectly except my video. It's stuck in 640x480 with 4 bit color and that's the only option it gives me. Under the device manager is says no drivers installed.

I have been looking for a utility similar to this for a long time now. I remember when Deep Freeze was used by the local community college, but the license fee was too high for a simple home user.

My question is, does this utility have a whitelist of places not to restore (for example the My Documents folder). This way the user can retain their documents, pictures, videos, IM logs, but any changes to the computer, or (hopefully) any potential spyware will be gone on restart.

Thanks!

I am using ms excel in office 2003 using Windows XP. I have created a flying bricks chart bu twould like to add labels without doing each point manually to include the value in addition to whether it is Up or Down on the previous result.

can anybody advise how i do this? for example i may have figures like below:

Week 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
Results 10 15 10 20 15 25 30 25

therefore i want it to display for instance in week 2 'UP 5, week 3 Down 5

i have so far got to the point where it states the value but not as a minus only a possitive figure but the chart looks as i intended it to. I do not have a great deal of knowledge of VBA code.

I am having a problem with my XP-Pro desktop. I can't run services.msc from the run box. When I do, I get a MMC error message telling me it doesn't exist, is not an MMC console, or was created by a later version of MMC. I have tried to reload MMC with the latest from the MS site, but when I try to install, it tells me I have a later version already installed. This problem is interfering with running some executibles that I have downloaded. When I try to run the exe, I get the hour glass for a couple of seconds and then either the error message above or nothing, the process seems to shut down. Any ideas would be a great help!
Thanks.
