Try the Malwarebytes first because you abviously still have traces of the virus. If not also look through group policy settings that it may have changed. I went to Intel's website for support and found out they don't give support. The problem I have is I did some updates with Microsoft since then I have problems when downloading games and transfering video from my video recorder to the computer and also the 3D screensavers that come with the computer do not work. I downloaded updates for Directx and also updated the display driver but I still have no 3D. I have tried to get information from Intel but they keep reminding me that they do not give support for what I have. Can I get a different driver or a different version from Intel that would work with what I have? I have Windows XP Home. This would also have been a good time to overhaul the Security Zone business which I think few users understand or use properly, except for us geeks.
