He-Man is the 99% LMAO
Maybe I have spent too long in the computer industry (45 years) but I do not see what the humour is in the ‘I have the PowerPoint’ dated 2 Dec 2011. Maybe it is because I used to teach Power Point. It is the first that I could not see the significance, all previous were very good, and I could see the funny point.
Or maybe I am getting too old 70, I still spend 12-14 hours researching the Internet for items of interest to me from Astronomy to Zebu.
It isn’t too funny. It could be better, and its’s maybe 2 decades late!
That’s He-Man – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7yeA7a0uS3A
I did not know that Powerpoint could be taught. I thought it was so intuitive any one could put it together. I stand corrected after 65 years in the computer industry, I remember a student called Brian…mmmmm?
It’s a great cartoon, but you have to be in your 30’s or parents of kids in their 30’s. (me). He man would hold up his sword and say “I have the power!”
I just have to ask: why would Skeletor, Evil-Lyn, and Beast Man be sitting at the same table as Teela, Man-At-Arms/Duncan, Orko (on the wrong side?!), and Ram Man? Sigh…probably for the same reasons He-Man has a dress shirt (yet no pants), purple tie, and coffee cup, eh? And where in Eternia is Cringer/Battle Cat?!?!
Yeah, I definitely grew up with He-Man and the Masters of the Universe cartoons & toys. You weren’t cool unless you had about a dozen action figures, Castle Grayskull, and the Sword of Power – the one where half of it glowed in the dark. I could never get that damn elevator to work right in Greyskull.
Some of the white noise heard on analog televisions and radios tuned to unused frequencies is generated by cosmic radiation left over from the Big Bang.
