   To pay an employee an hourly wage while he/she is telecommuting is idiotic! Either pay by the job or pay a salary if there is any telecommuting going to be done. Of course, make sure parameters are set too, like deadlines, conduct, and business hours. That way, whatever your employee does with his/her time is his/her own business.

   Distraction – mishmachtion.

   To you (control freak) bosses: stop trying to control a chaotic world – you’ll live longer. Focus on the the results!
