Aperture: A Triumph of Science [Video]
We’ve seen Portal-based fan films before but never one that takes this kind of in-depth and behind-the-scenes look inside the company at the core of game–Aperture Science.
In the above video we see how Aperture Science went from a shower curtain company to the preeminent scientific lab of its day complete with a megalomaniac central operating system. We know; it’s cruel to temp you with a lengthy psuedo-documentary about Portal and Aperture Science on a Monday morning when you’ve got real work to get done. You’re welcome.

Jason Fitzpatrick is warranty-voiding DIYer and all around geek. When he's not documenting mods and hacks he's doing his best to make sure a generation of college students graduate knowing they should put their pants on one leg at a time and go on to greatness, just like Bruce Dickinson. You can follow him on Google+ if you'd like.

Typo in the second paragraph. You say “temp” when you must mean to say “tempt”.
Awesome video.
You have to wonder, how many scientific breakthroughs have stood on the shoulders of major scientific disasters which could have wiped us off of the face of the Earth. I shudder to think about it. The video was funny and clever though.
did anyone else notice that none of the rubik’s cubes were solved.
Thought I would just check out a few scenes and got sucked in for the entire 22 minutes.
Thanks – it was great.
