At that point you might as well have two.
dropbox is pretty damn slow most of the time – speed wise
Ha ha ha… I see that message alot because of my lame internet connection.
dear god that is too slow..
my minimum speed ever was 500 kb/s
Good thing I was smart enough to scroll around
Funny!! But just another reason why I backup locally. Sharing a file or two with friends is one thing, subjecting a few hundred gigs to an upload is another.
French version tells you to go take a drink ;)
No, Dropbox isn’t slow. Just browse through setting and disable upload/download limit. Although I wasn’t able to max out my 100 Mbit connection the speed increased dramatically since when it was limited.
Should’ve used a PC!
@datamonfoo, I’m certain you’d get the same result if you used a PC, or on a linux machine.

No need, I was right the first time.
@datdamonfoo, ignorance is bliss I suppose
@99er You’re SO certain. So, if I used a PC with a different configuration than the Mac i’d get the same result?
@brett, I can’t see the result being any different.
Terminal velocity is not, as the name might imply, the speed of descent at which something is killed (like an unfortunate human without a parachute), but the highest velocity an object can attain as it falls through the air.
