Breaker Is a Customizable Work Break Timer for Windows
It’s easy to sit way too long at your computer without a break. Breaker is a customizable break timer that lets you configure single loops or complex break patterns.
There’s no need to limit yourself to a simple countdown with Breaker–although you can use it that way if you want–instead you can set up patterns of breaks. In the above screenshot we configured it to use with the Pomodoro Technique–a system of 25 minute blocks of work followed by 5 minute breaks, with an extended 25 minute break after the fourth iteration.
Hit up the link below to grab a copy. Breaker is free, Windows based, and requires .NET 2.0+.

This is so cool!!!
Hi everybody! I am from Denmark and would like to say hello!
But… how does breaker work? What does/can it do for you? That’s what I’m unclear on…
It simply puts you in time of your work schedule as you’re sitting at your computer. For instant, it keeps you following exactly the Pomodoro Technique – a system of 25 minute blocks of work followed by 5 minute breaks.
If you want to rest….
