You’ve probably got a pallet or two propped up against the back wall of your office right now; here’s how you can turn one of those old pallets into a comfortable hanging chair for your backyard.
Many of the DIY projects we share require you to wield a soldering iron and a multimeter. For this project you’ll just need a pallet or two to harvest wood from, a drill, a saw, a spool of paracord and a lighter (to seal the ends of the paracord after you cut it). When you’re done you’ll have a flexible hanging chair, somewhat akin to commercially available hammock chairs, that molds to your body when you sit in it. Hang it within range of your wi-fi router and you’ve got a perfect spot for summertime web surfing.
