Untrackerd Wipes Location Tracking File on Jailbroken iPhones
If you’re freaked out by the revelation that your iPhone/iPad has been tracking every step you’ve taken since you updated to iOS 4, Untrackerd will put your mind at ease by actively deleting the tracking database.
Available only for jailbroken iPhones and iPads, Untrackerd is a tiny application with a single function–to delete the location database file on your iOS device where the operating system is continually storing your coordinates. Hit up the Cydia store and search for “Untrackerd” in the Big Boss repository to grab a copy for your device.

Well, that was fast, and not in the least bit surprising. Another reason to jail break your iOS device.
Keep in mind this is an active process, there is a daemon that continually runs to wipe the file. However, since most devices are really fast anyways, it shouldn’t bother you unless you’re an absolute minimalist.
In that case, you may as well delete the daemon for location tracking.
