Add an Easy to View Notification Badge to Tabs in Firefox
Are you tired of manually switching between tabs to see if you have new e-mails, messages, or items in your RSS feeds? Then say goodbye to the hassle! Tab Badge adds an awesome counter badge to your tabs and lets you see the number of new items with just a glance.
Tab Badge displays equally well whether you have a tab set at full size or pinned as an app tab. As you can see above the badge really stands out and the text is easy to read.
Installing the add-on does not require a browser restart, so just click and go to start enjoying that tab notification goodness!
Note: Works with Firefox 4.0b7 – 4.0.*

(FF 3.6.13)
On this note, lets make a decision. Can i TRY Firefox 4 beta without messing up my FF 3.6.13 that I’m currently using? If yes, WooHooooo….!!
Yes, it installs like a totaly new browser.
Any chanse to get this to Chrome ?
@ hatryst yes you can http://kb.mozillazine.org/Using_multiple_profiles_-_Firefox but make a back-up of your profile and save it somewhere save
@Radeon – The only suggestion that I can think of to offer at the moment is to contact the developer using their channels and ask if they can or will port it. ^_^
@Hatryst – The easiest, sure-fire, no fuss way is to pop over to portableapps.com and grab the 4.0 b11 release. Those portables are perfect test beds for new stuff and then being able to run multiple Firefox installs all at the same time just makes it even more awesome. ^_^
Good to see info about browsers other than Chrome. Keep it up please
