Run Android 3.0 on a Hacked Nook
If you’re not squeamish about mucking about with your Nook and voiding your warranty, there’s a hack floating around that allows you to install Android 3.0 on it and supercharge the ebook reader into a full-fledged tablet.
It’s a hack in its infancy but the majority of functionality (graphics acceleration, wireless connectivity, touch screen, hardware buttons, etc.) are all there. The major missing component right now is lack of sound.

the only thing that sucks is that you have to have a Nook color to enjoy Honeycomb.
@john You can run Honeycomb in an emulator using the Android SDK.
Whoa! That’s enough to make me seriously consider getting my hands on a Nook.
