Microsoft OneNote Comes to iOS

If you’re a fan of Microsoft’s versatile note taking application OneNote you’ll be pleased to see it come to Apple’s iOS platform.

Microsoft recently released OneNote for iOS. The initial release is free although the App Store entry notes that it will only be free for a limited time. From the app you can access your notebooks, create new notes (although you can’t create new notebooks yet), search your notes, and more. Visit the link below to check out more screenshots at the App Store and grab a free copy to take for a spin.

by chance, above app looks awesome. Does anyone know if there’s a comparable app for Droids? Thank you.

Yeah, like I would need that…let the trojan horse into iOS…;-)

@Linda: I use the Note Everything app on my phone. It has both free and paid versions. I can’t tell you much of anything about the paid version, because the free version allows me to do pretty much everything I want to do. You can find it in the Market, though, and give it a try.

The link leads nowhere from my iPad. Has it been withdrawn, or is it not available in the UK?

    Same result from my iPhone.

@Monicoj. iPhone is not as untouchable as Apple would have you believe.
