Project ROME Pushes The Limits of Webapps
If you’ve ever wondered how advanced webapps can get, here’s a new app that pushes the limit. Adobe recently unveiled a new beta webapp, Project ROME, that lets you create advanced documents, presentations, websites, and more, all in your browser.
Project ROME is a flash powered webapp, and can run offline on your desktop via Adobe Air as well. It’s very polished, and includes innovative UI features such as contextual floating toolbars. The included templates let you make a variety of items such as cards and fliers easily. There’s tons you can do with it, so be sure to check it out and see if it makes desktop publishing easier for you.
Once again, it appears that with the cloud, the sky’s truly the limit.
