Thanks for the link. Had some trouble installingIE9. I believe the website was experiencing problems. I tried a little while later after a system reboot and after disabling my antivirus program (thanks marks100 for your suggestion), I was sucessfull. I like IE9 and would recommend it to anyone wanting a better internet experience.
