Save and Send Tabs to a Different Computer in Chrome
Have you used a computer at home or work but just did not have time to finish working with the tabs you have open? Now you can save and send those tabs to a different computer for later use.
The first thing that you will need to do is install the TabRocket extension in Chrome on each computer that you want synced up. Then give each computer an individual name and you are good to go.
Note: You will need to have Bookmark Syncing enabled in each Chrome install. You will also find a new folder for your tabs here: Other bookmarks –> TabRocket – do not delete –> folders named for each computer that you are syncing.
To send a currently open tab to a different computer just click on the TabRocket toolbar button and choose the computer you want to send the tab to.

You will then see the confirmation message for that tab. That is all there is to it. When you get to your other computer the tab(s) will automatically open a few moments after you start Chrome up.

Note: Some people have experienced problems opening/accessing transferred tabs on computers that were powered off when they sent the tabs. So keep that in mind when using the extension.
