After another long week at work you need something to take your mind off of things and help you unwind a little bit. In this week’s game your mission is to build igloos that can withstand the avalanches you must survive in order to become King of the Eskimos, so grab your ice picks and get ready to head north!
The object of the game is to successfully build avalanche-proof igloos on each of the twelve peaks in the game so that your Eskimo can become the King of the Eskimos. When the game starts you can only access the Bunny Slope Peak which serves as a training level to help familiarize you with game play.
The Bunny Slope Peak level is the only one that will provide a hint about a safe location that your Eskimo can use to build an igloo in.
Notice that there are areas where you can not place your Eskimo…
Once you have selected a position click your mouse to place the Eskimo there. You will notice a set of empty cubes appear that fit/conform to the location you have chosen. On the first level you are given a maximum of ten ice blocks to work with for your igloo (circled in red in upper left corner).
Click each cube area that you would like to place an ice block in for your igloo. If you change your mind about a particular ice block click on it again to remove it.
Note: You can create a roof only type of construction if desired.
Ready to test the igloo! Press your Space Bar when ready to start the avalanche.
Things are definitely moving around and two blocks of the igloo are already destroyed here. You can monitor the remaining avalanche time and the health of your Eskimo in the upper left corner.
Yes! The igloo held up against the avalanche…
Once you have successfully survived the Bunny Slope Peak, you will get access to four more peaks to try in any order you desire.
Where should he build his igloo?
If your igloo does collapse on a level and your Eskimo dies, then you can try that level again or move on to a different one until you are ready to try it again. Good luck and have fun!
