    how did you do the perspective image? I would like to do one like this.

    In PS CS5: 3D –> New 3D Postcard from Layer
    Then use the new “Object Rotate Tool (Hotkey K) (not on the cheat sheet) to rotate the object until you are satisfied with the perspective.
