In PS CS5: 3D –> New 3D Postcard from Layer
Then use the new “Object Rotate Tool (Hotkey K) (not on the cheat sheet) to rotate the object until you are satisfied with the perspective.
Tried to download the cheat sheet… Came up with following error:
File does not begin with ‘%PDF-’.
