   Apple’s magsafe is ’bout the most obvious bit of “Why didn’t they ALL do this?” I’ve encountered in a long time.

   Why Apple?

   @xana452 Because Apple has patented the MagSafe and Apple doesn’t like sharing =/

   And my kids let the tablet fly trough the room so many times i wonder what kind of plastic its made of…

   @Why Apple: there are plenty of other devices that use magnetically attached power connections without infringing (e.g. deep fryers).
