The Legend of Zelda Imagined as a Modern Cartoon
There was an ill-fated attempt at a Legend of Zelda cartoon in the late 1980s–if it had been as good as this short animation we’d probably have kept watching it.

ick! modern american cartoons are absolutely horrible all around. the animation was bubbly and shiny and hideous.
now if it were done in certain anime styles then sure.
that was the point, it was a cartoon designed to be bubbly… of course there are some set backs like budget constraints, ether way…
trinity i don’t think you know what american animation is
this was definitely heavily inspired by anime styles and actions
look at what he does when the shield lights on fire
or how he swings around the dragons horn
american style is much different
you usually see more put into the moving animation instead of of a character wildly swinging an item
also to say that american animation is horrible looking you might want to look into where anime came from
cause it wasn’t japan
try america
then look at donald duck
and tell me that he couldn’t sue most anime companies for ripping on his style
