If this is anything like the last “free” giveaway WinX was involved in on this site then the licence number will be invalidated in the very near future and they’ll ask you to upgrade.

onimod is correct. The licensed copy for Winx DVD Ripper Platinum required an update before it would run. The update required a new PAY-ME license. I will not ever again use a Digiarty program.
Big diff between the freebie and Platinum. I own a copy of platinum and seriously it friggen rocks. copied my whole dvd library to a 1 T external drive and works with all my players and even copies to my Acer A500 and wprks great with MX player.

Very deceptive. Works great, just rip what you need soon. Remember the thanksgiving freebie? Won’t work after this update, pop up will keep asking for new purchase. Same here.
Actually, the Thanksgiving one still works for me. I updated it, entered the new code they supplied and it works. I just used it yesterday.
