Plurality [Sci-Fi Video]

It is the year 2023 in New York City and the Bentham Grid has been online for two years. All that you are is tied to your DNA signature and no cash, ID cards, or keys are required now. Things run smoothly until multiple versions of people start showing up…and then it all starts to fall apart.

well, aside from the amateurish over-acting it seems to not totally suck

I could tell a good part of this was done in CGI, but I actually had trouble telling the two apart. Bravo to whoever did this.

Also, it was a very good short.

This was an awesome video, and would make a great movie! Looking at the youtube sight to see if there’s more work by this artist available.

Excellent trailer!! Should be submitted to scify channel for consideration as a new series. Well done!!

A lot of eye candy for sure. But story? I give it a big fat “fail.” Is “Hollywood” so bereft of creativity that all they can do is keep coming up with new cop shows every other day? Shows where the only originality is simply more eye candy?!

There’s nothing here we haven’t seen somewhere else before – even with the CGI. It’s just different actors in a slightly different setting, nothing more. It has me wondering if people who like this might also be fans of another show called Fringe. Look again, the style is almost an exact copy. But with Fringe there’s usually a little more to the story than a simple cops chasing/interrogating robbers.

Not to sound too dated, but give me a break. What passes for entertainment these days is just plain sad.
