I never could understand why people buy personal items like clothes online. I mean, don’t you want to make sure they fit before you buy them? (Get it? “…before you buy them?”)

So, they had to use Americans in the call center for this. I’m all for it! LOL
Would have been better if the guy ordered a birthday or anniversary present. Getting him out of trouble and improving his relationship. That would be one of the better reasons for the service.
