Not in low orbit, it’s in atmosphere. From the perspective of the viewer, the top engines are above the viewpoint. Above the engines is atmospheric haze. That proves atmosphere above the ship. That proves the ship in atmosphere.
If it were at orbital velocity in atmosphere, you’d see lots and lots and lots of fire, just from friction.
Still, a gorgeous picture, just mislabeled.
