I upgraded 3 days ago, I’m so still in that phase, Next is the “The new one is out and twice as shiny! :-(” phase, then the new games not supported phase then the new apps not supported (or too big) phase then repeat. Alas technology is a cruel mistress. I take solace in not having a blackberry or nokia.

Sounds like me when I got my Motorola Electrify (Photon). Second frame is when I got it home and configured it in Gingerbread with Motorola’s bloat and spyware slowing it down (but still a huge improvement over my last phone). Third frame is when I put CyanogenMod 9 (aftermarket ICS) on and nearly doubled its performance.
