    @Nikki – Actually the themes are not meant to work with the starter edition of Windows 7. :(

    But there is good news though. ^_^ You can use a file zipping utility to rip the theme pack “open” by unzipping it and then use the article below to start using custom backgrounds on your starter edition. ^_^
