If you google around for your particular car model, you’ll be sure to find forums where tons of people have done this for their car. I belong to a couple different forums for my Nissan Altima… And I have actually installed foot-well lighting in my Altima as well :)

foot-well lighting…*?* I don’t really need to see my shoes or break pedal at night in my car. I already know what they look like.

It is required if the key or something fell down at night…

Hey, great tip! Some folks who have diabetes have less feeling in their feet due to nerve damage. Its reassuring to be able to see foot and pedal placement sometimes. Try to be more open minded about the value of the articles provided by How To Geeks before dissing them.

Very unfortunate for those who have diabetes. Unfortunately, this has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that “I, me, personally” find foot-well lighting a very useless thing to have, and still do. That’s the whole point here, to give your personal opinion, right? So, defend any group you like, but try to be more open minded about the things you read here, before dissing them.
