   haha.. would’ve been a bit funnier if she made him accidentally click on “Help” from that start menu. drives me nuts when i accidentally do that!

   (yes i know you can disable it but too lazy)

   Oooh! I get to be pedantic guy: This is not RDP. will lock out the remote user. This is more like PCAnywhere or Remote assistance :)

   I’ve had to hit the windows key from time to time when support couldn’t find my start button.

   (startbar at top of screen. not that hard to find.. but… yeah..)

   Thanks David. If you wouldn’t have done it I would have. Also Tyler, if its a domain and the user and tech are the same company you can open a remote computers device manager through MMC and disable their mouse. A lot easier than trying to do it on their screen.

   TeamViewer lets you disable the other user’s mouse. Checkmate, grandma!
