Session Buddy Stores and Reloads Custom Chrome Browsing Sessions
Chrome: If you have a set of tabs you open every morning or while working on specific projects, Session Buddy makes it dead simple to record and restore preconfigured browsing sessions.
Install the app, arrange your tabs as you want them, then click the Session Buddy icon in your toolbar to open the session manager and save the current session. Session Buddy even supports multiple windows, which is fantastic for users who like to spread their web apps out over multiple monitors. The next time you want to set up your browser with that same set of tabs and dive right into your work, you simply tap Session Buddy and select the saved session.
Session Buddy is free, works wherever Chrome does.

Recently grabbed this as I was looking for something similar to Session Manager in FireFox for my Chrome set up. Working nicely.. Not sure if I like or hate that you can have multiple sessions saved as the same name.
Another extension worth looking at as it is sort of up this alley is “Surfon”… It allows you to throw tabs (single or batch) from one browser to another (provided the other browsers have Surfon also).
Look at this: FreshStart – Manager Sessions (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/nmidkjogcjnnlfimjcedenagjfacpobb)
Save to favorites sessions, synchronized through the google account.
