Manual Photography Cheat Sheet Is a Crash Course in Manual Camera Settings

Don’t be daunted by switching your camera to manual, this easy to read cheat sheet will highlight the main settings and how they relate to a properly exposed photo.

Courtesy of Miguel Yatco, the cheat sheet details exposure, aperture, shutter speed, and IOS, settings. It’ll take a bit of practice to start cranking out photos that use all those settings with positive effect but at least you’ll be clear on what adjusting them does. Hit up the link below for a larger version of the cheat sheet and, if you’re particularly enamored by it, you can even order a print for your office wall.

Should be “ISO” unless your camera is an Apple.

Thanks, it is a good idea to have it in a format like that. I use all of those settings and to see it on ” paper” helps your imagination run wild when trying to figure out certain settings on shots that you are trying to perfect. I will be printing one out and putting it straight up on the wall.
