Angel how true or accurate is this (short history of the modern calendar). Also who to say if the maya are right or not, you have to admit it is the future
Some issues: unlike the festivals other months are named for, februa was not a god’s festival. And, contrary to the implication in the video, Pope Gregory XIII did not create the Gregorian calendar; the plan to fix calendrical errors was accepted by the Council of Trent and the actual changes were primarily the works of Aloysius Lilius and Christopher Clavius. Probably other issues too, but I forgot.
